This is my Second year of teaching at Harts Bluff ISD!
I will be teaching 1st-5th grade elementary music and teaching 6th-8th grade choir. I’m looking forward to a great year with the students!
I graduated from Nederland HS and was involved with Choir, Musicals, Show Choir, All-Region, Solo/Ensemble, and Concert and Sight Reading. I studied elementary music and Church music at East Texas Baptist University. I was apart of the Concert Choir and University Singers at ETBU. I was able to be a featured vocalist for the Jazz Band tours. I had the opportunity to travel to Europe and tour in Viena, Austria, Praugue and Salzburg.
I have many years of expericence with singing in choirs, small ensembles, being in musicals and operas, All Region, Concert and Sightreading.
I was able to work with First Baptist Denton’s children’s choir in Denton TX for two years putting on musicals and singing specials while also singing with the Adult Praise Team and Choir. I had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at the AT&T Stadium for a MotoCross Event.
I’ve been married to my husband Jamey for 8 years. I have a twin sister that I love to sing with!
I don’t have children but I do have a neice and nephew!
I don’t have any pets but I love Dogs!
I enjoy singing in my church choir, making crafts, attending musicals, operas, concerts, traveling, and being outside.
When I’m not teaching I enjoy baking, listening to music, singing, teaching voice lessons, going to the gym, spending time with my husband, and visiting my neice and nephew.
