According to HBISD’s Asynchronous Plan, teachers must provide weekly and required
synchronous check-in times with online students. Online students will check-in for mini lessons,
clarification, announcements, etc. 8th grade history with Mrs. Holderness will occur on Thursdays @ 3:00. The link for this meeting will be posted on a weekly basis.
Starting Wednesday, August 26th we will have a help desk down at the front office for home learners from 10:00AM-11:00AM. Home learning students can bring their devices (including jetpack) that they are having trouble with during that time for us to fix and give back to them. If a parent can not come during this time but can bring it a different time during the day that is fine, but we will have it fixed and ready for them to pick up during the help desk times.
