I will be teaching 2nd grade this year and I am excited!
Prior to teaching at Harts Bluff, I have taught in California as well as other districts within Titus County.
I love teaching and am excited to be back in the classroom once again.
I have two children who keep me quite busy!
Felicity, will be a Freshman at Texas A&M at College Station. She is a studying Forensic Science.
Clayton, will be in 9th grade, at MPHS. Clayton loves playing sports & being outdoors. He fishes, plays football, track and powers for the highschool.
We are a busy family, and if we are not at a seasonal sporting event cheering on Clayton or at a competiton for Felicity, we are usually heading out to explore or taking a road trip.
I am originally from California and moved to Texas 17 years ago. Mt. Pleasant has many friendly people and is close to small towns with a lot of unique boutiques to explore (I like shopping!)
When I'm not teaching, I am usually watching my children in their activities, or taking a road trip. I enjoy finding new and fun places to explore and eat. I love baseball & enjoy watching the Texas Rangers and California Angels, as well as the Boston Red Sox.
The beach is my favorite place and I enjoy the beauty of mountains. California has both and I'm fortunate to visit them when I visit my brother, who still lives in California. I also visit the east coast beaches since my sister lives in Florida.
This Summer, we will visit my friend in South Carolina and go shark teeth hunting!
